Well...I finally got on some ice! Couple guys and myself from Homer opted to go to the Deep Creek climbs rather then watch the super bowl.

After a number of climbs Bill then lead a slightly different route.

We went on a few other climbs up the beach and really enjoyed the day. Best super bowl party I can recall!

Sounds like a great time! I got out and did some Hunter Creek climbing on Saturday, was a good weekend.

Prez,

How did things look up Hunter Creek? Was Lost Chord in good shape?

We didn't have any trouble with the creek and I think Lost Chord is what we were climbing, it was good and solid when we got there.

David, great to see ya hook up with some local folks. Sweet to see someone dressed up for the cold and swinging steel...miss that. Back to rain gear here in Seward!

Yea, it's great that I'm beginning to meet people to get out with but that doesn't mean I'll stop pestering you to show me the Seward area!
Ah...just kidding. Sort of.

Rain gear here as well. Hardly any snow left on the ground.
