I either wish to sell it for $750, or trade it for a new EV Direct 2 plus the difference in the EV Direct 2's MSRP and my price for the EV 3, so an additional $200 in that deal. or, if someone else has an original idea, hit me.

Hmmm. REI has it for $750, less 10% member discount = $675. Or 20% discount coupon they offer once or twice per year = $600.
