Oh man, this is too hard. I have to just post, because if I really put thought into it I'll take hours, if I even manage to decide.

Favorite Image: Difficult, since I'm happy with dozens of mine. Here's one of them though, I'll stick to the rules and not post them all. :D I really was happy learning that I could incorporate climbing into my panoramic shots, so this and others like it are cool to me.

Favorite Climb: Hands down, an FA of "Rise" 5.9 over Lower Reed Lake.

Goofy? Hmm, that's hard. I didn't climb much with Kelsey this season.
How about a plain old slightly out of the ordinary one?

Dano,

Off the thread, but can you answer me a question about Mt. Marathon, which I plan
to climb next summer from the bowl. Plan to follow the main ridge (north) but heard it gets
kind of gnarly toward the top. Can you describe that? I'm a pretty good scrambler
but wanted to get some beta from someone who I know has tromped that area. Thanks,

Still haven't gotten back to my dad's old mine since since 1998. Maybe this coming summer.

Frank, that’s about it, when you get in the bowl just find the friendliness route up to the ridge then follow it to the summit. But do consider that the ridge is a little sketchy at time and you must work one side or the other with most of the time you will be on the side the bowl is on. Also remember this, that really nice pointed peak you see from the road is not the true summit. In fact after that point you still have about 200+ meters before you get to the summit. You’ll know what I'm talking about once you get up there. Don't forget to sign the log  and if you do it early in the year and there is plenty of snow you can go down the back side and come out Lowell creek, make sure you don't drop down into the Jap glacier to the north because that is a whole different animal.
That is a real classic romp, enjoy!
Now where are your 3 pictures

Dano,

The technologically challenged Frank Baker has not yet figured out how to post pictures
on this site. Otherwise, I'd be flooding you guys with shots that aren't nearly as
exciting as yours.

My dad got himself down into Jap Creek Canyon once and was sorry he did!

I'm finally a MCA member so will look for you at upcoming meetings. I've been trying
to wrack my brain to figure out a mountain I've climbed that you haven't and I think
I came up with one: Mt. Wolcott, above Kenai Lake. Climbed it with my brother-in-law Don
Lowell back in 1958 when he and a guy named Bill Lantz were trying to relay television
from Anchorage into Seward. (Actually, didn't go all the way to the top, so you probably
have me beat there too!)

Good hearing from you Dano. You're an inspiration.
